Our ten acre site includes wide lawns, flower gardens, a peaceful pond and surrounding forest of white birch, poplar, maple and pine. Beatiful hillside setting near Reacreation Path and Golf.
The Inn's main building has seventeen spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with private entrances and interior connecting hallway. In the restaurant building are two rooms with king size beds and fireplaces, a spacious suite with kitchen, fireplace and Jacuzzi tub.

The Hob Knob Inn, a country motor inn on the Mountain Road in Stowe, is on a wooded hillside in a beautiful rural setting. We are just two miles from historic Stowe village and four miles from Mount Mansfield.
Accommodations
All rooms have private baths, satellite color TV, telephones, individual thermostats, and are off the road and soundproofed for quiet sleep and privacy. Some have balconies. On a wooded knoll near the restaurant is a unique rustic cabin.

Efficiencies-A single large room with kitchenette and 2 queen sized beds.
Fireplaces-Room with king sized bed and fireplace.
Efficiency with Fireplace: King bed, hide-a-bed sofa, extra large bathtub/shower, can be connected to adjacent standard room with 2 queen beds.

The Restaurant: We have operated Hob Knob since 1965, continuing the reputation for fine food and attentive service established sixty years ago when Hob Knob was built as one of the country's first ski lodges. The dining room is intimate, dominated by a huge fieldstone fireplace, hand-hewn beams, and ceiling-high windows. We feature Certified Angus Beef (tm), steaks, fresh fish, lamb chops, chicken, roast duckling, homemade bread & desserts. Reservations are appreciated for dinner. 6 pm to 9 pm. Closed Tuesdays.
