The Wilburton Inn

Welcome to the Wilburton Inn, Manchester Village Vermont's 20 acre grand Victorian estate. People always associate the Wilburton Inn with special occasions, holidays, weddings, anniversaries, engagements, and birthdays. Come to celebrate or to enjoy the pleasures of Vermont. Everything about it is superlative: fabulous location, ambiance and architecture. Since 1902 when the main house was completed, there have been only 5 owners of the property. Each has kept watch, holding fast to the standard of excellence.

Location
To the right the Battenkill valley stretches below, and to the left the Wilburton Inn rises on the
crest of the cliff. High on the crest of a hill overlooking the Battenkill valley, the Wilburton Inn was once the largest private estate in Manchester Village. All the outdoor fun of winter is close at hand. Skiing, skating, sled riding, and exploring Manchester.

Accommodations
This grand Victorian estate includes six buildings with 35 rooms all with private baths, phones, and air conditioning. Television is located in the library of the Mansion, and TVs are in each room in the other buildings. All our rooms are spacious. Most have a king or two queen sized beds. We have handicapped accessible rooms. Some suites include kitchens.

The Curry Reunion House is perfect for families, large gatherings, or executive retreats. Seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen, and wonderful views.

Meals
All our guests enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea in the mansion. We serve a complete country breakfast daily except for value seasons when we serve a petite breakfast.

Wonderful aromas waft from the kitchen. Our dining room is set with fine china, sparkling silver and fresh bouquets. Wonderful dinners are beautifully presented in an old world ambiance that is the perfect backdrop for romance, relaxation and comraderie. Our winter menus include traditional selections plus innovative cuisine prepared by chef David Stoel. All baking and desserts are made at the Inn. We use prime fresh ingredients combined with professionalism and creativity. A childrens menu is also available. This winter season spoil yourself and your loved ones, come up to the Wilburton Inn.

Amenities
The twenty acre estate includes the mansion and five villas, tennis courts, a swimming pool, sculpture gardens and vibrant flower beds. Excellent golfing and skiing are available minutes from the estate. Manchester's famous shopping area is five minutes away. Just below our driveway is a wonderful country road for biking, jogging or just leisurely strolling.
