Whatever the season, guests are never at a loss for having things to do. The summer and fall are filled with arts and craft fairs, antique shows, music festivals and summer theater. Weston, Woodstock and Ludlow offer shopping for wonderful local produced goods in small village settings. Manchester Center offers some of the finest designer factory outlets for the serious shoppers.
Lakes, waterfalls with secluded swimming holes, tennis, golf, horseback riding and biking are within minutes from our Inn. We even provide the bikes. The Killington Gondola, a 3 1/2 mile areal ride, provides a wonderful vantage point to capture the fall foliage. During the winter many guests head for the ski trails. There are five major ski resorts within 35 minutes from the inn. Okemo Mountain is only 1/4 mile from the Inn with weekend shuttle service from our door. Ice skating, sleigh rides and cross country skiing are only minutes away.
Accommodations
Guesthouse, a circa 1829 federal-style building, offering an inviting lodging alternative, especially when traveling with family. The four suites in The Guesthouse have unequalled views of Okemo and feature granite fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, color cable televisions with VCRs, stereo systems, and telephones. The two Luxury Suites on the third floor overlook the treetops to spectacular mountain views. Lush decor and romance fills each suite with king sized canopied bed and granite fireplace. Marble baths have whirlpool tubs for two, showers, and a basket of fragrant bath accessories. In-room refrigerators, lighted ironing boards, built-in hair dryers, and thick terry robes top off these exquisite suites. Your breakfast basket will be delivered to your door each morning. Two townhome-style Family Suites each have two bedrooms and one-and-one-half baths, to accommodate up to six people. Prepare your own meals in your suite's sparkling granite kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. A queen-sized bed occupies one bedroom while the other has two twin beds, all dressed with fine linens. Other convenient features include washer/dryer and a gas grill on the deck.

Choose from one of our nine lavishly appointed, antique-filled guest rooms, each with private bath, fine designer linens, paddle fan, down comforters and pillows for your ultimate comfort. Fluffy terry towels and scented accessories grace each bath, while five even boast whirlpool tubs! Some guest rooms feature skylights and sloping ceilings, and many capture breathtaking views of Okemo's 98 trails.
Solitude, a 1840 Greek Revival offering the ultimate in accommodations, especially when celebrating a special occasion. There are seven Luxury Suites with king size beds, onyx whirlpool tubs for two in the bedroom in front of the fireplace, separate onyx showers, color cable televisions with VCR's, stereo/CD players, in-room refrigerators, hair dryers, thick terry robes, and two with steam room/showers. All suites are decorated with fine designer linens with down comforters and pillows.
Ford House A stand alone five bedroom house. It has hardwood floors and fabulous woodwork throughout, double living room, formal dining room, huge kitchen and pantry.
Victorian This completely renovated 1883 Victorian Town House is now home to three full-floor condominium suites which are ideal for family or group getaways. Available with 3 or 4 bedrooms.
