A distinctive forty acre retreat nestled among the meandering streams and rolling hills of Tennesse's Highland Rim, Evins Mill offers guests all the amenities of a resort yet in the intimate setting of a country inn.

From the junction of Highways 70 and 56 in Smithville, follow Highway 70 East 1 1/2 miles and turn right onto Evins Mill Road. Follow 1 1/2 miles to Evins Mill. Click here for online map.

Accommodations:
Evins Mill has fourteen guest rooms, accommodating up to 34 people overnight. All rooms feature private entrances and baths, and most may be set-up with one king-size bed or two twin beds. While two of our guest rooms are located in the Main Lodge, the remaining twelve are located in a series of award-winning cottages directly adjacent to the Main Lodge. Perched on a bluff overlooking Fall Creek, our cottage rooms offer the soothing sights and sounds of Fall Creek, and many provide decks with rocking chairs.

The Inn at Evins Mill Bed and Breakfast, Smithville Tennessee The Millstone Restaurant is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The ambiance is warm and comforting, and the setting is perfect for lively conversation and hearty meals. Our executive chef prepares elegant cuisine featuring ample portions of traditional favorites. We offer a wide variety of meal, break, and beverage options to meet all our guests� needs, prepared and served with just the right touch and in just the right setting. Following a good meal, guest often adjourn to the Stone room, where a humidor stocked with premium cigars awaits them. Boneless chicken breast stuffed with apple and almonds and served with an apricot glaze on a bed of Rice Pilaf .

Beef Wellington
Beef tenderloin served with mushroom pate and in a puff pastry shell topped with a rich wine sauce.

Cumberland Tenderloin
Slow roasted pork tenderloin medallions served with a Dijon mustard cream sauce.

Trout Almondine
Whole baked trout topped with an almondine sauce.
