Joan's Non-Fat Ohello Berry Muffins



Ingredients

2 Cups All Purpose Flour 1 Cups Fresh or Frozen Ohello Berries 1 Cup Granulated Sugar 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda Teaspoon Salt Cup Non-fat Milk Cup Non-fat Plain Yogurt Cup Non-fat Ricotta Cheese Cup Gauva Nectar (optional) 1 Tablespoon Vanilla 3 Large Farm Fresh Eggs
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl; stir well with a wire whisk. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist- do not over mix. Spoon batter into 18 muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. "Ono delicious!
