THE BEST BANANA BREAD ( NO KIDDING)



Ingredients

1 1/2 cups melted butter 4 cups flour 1 3/4 cups brown sugar 1 t. salt & 1/2 t. soda 4 eggs 3 t. baking powder 2 1/2 t. vanilla & 1/2 t. almond extract 1/2 nutmeg & 2 t. cinnamon grated rind from one orange 2 cups mashed ripe bananas soaked in 1 cup strong black coffee 1 cup each raisins and chopped walnuts
Directions

Beat together ingredients from left column, adding eggs one at a time. Then add flour mix (right column) and banana mixture alternately to butter mixture. Mix gently. Then add nuts and raisins. Grease two loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
