Casa Grande Guest Ranch

The Casa Grande Guest Ranch Bed & Breakfast is a contemporary adobe home custom built by the host, Joe Torres in 1992. The Torres' are the sixth generation to continue the family agriculture business and cultural legacy established in 18th century. Our house is built on land once irrigated by Joe's great-great-grandfather and Joe proudly continues the tradition. The irrigation Acequia "water ditch" runs through our property and is surrounded by large, beautiful trees.

Take a horseback ride to Historic Hacienda de los Torres Ranch and Homestead Museum. Hike up El Salto Mountains to the waterfalls or browse and find the perfect piece of Art in our Gallery. Taos Ski valley is 10 miles and offers summer lift rides, the Rio Grande River offers raft trips. Taos County offers Rodeos, Spanish Festivals, Arts & Craft Fairs, Wool and Balloon Festivals, several interesting museums, the Rio Grande Gorge, golf, the Taos Pueblo, over 100 art galleries, Taos Mountain Casino and fabulous easy day trips.

Sunrise Room - dark cherry wood queen bed with private vanity and in-room sitting area with reading lamp. Private bath. Sunset Room - Walnut wood queen bed with private vanity and in-room sitting area with reading lamp. Private bath. Sage Room - downstairs with queen bed, sunset view and private bath.
Vigas, views, queen beds, pillowtop mattresses, down pillows and comforters, in-room sitting areas (upstairs only), reading lamps, large dresser drawers, mirrors and closets, iron and ironing boards, clock radios, hair dryers, robes and lots of space to spread out. Guest courtesy lounge complete with wet bar refrigerator and private telephone.

Amenities
Guests enjoy a western view from the "Grande Living Room" with 14' ceilings, enormous windows and massive fireplace. Our Family "Ranch" Room has a complete entertainment center with videos, CDs, books and games.

Meals
A full ranch style breakfast is served daily in the dining room or Sunrise patio. "Our breakfast will fill you up but won't slow you down." Please let us know when making your reservations if dietary restrictions apply. Upon arrival, guests are invited to enjoy refreshments of local flavor on our Sunset patio. (Lunch and dinner are available in the Village of Arroyo Seco - 1.7 miles.)
