Whispering Pines is tucked into the rolling hills between the White Mountains and the Winnipesaukee Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Nestled on 2 acres on the edge of Hemenway State Forest, Whispering Pines harkens back to a time when life moved more slowly and in some ways the setting has changed little... it still offers tall sheltering pines, sparkling starlight, and a wonderful, relaxing quiet.

To the Mount Washington Valley for tax-free outlet shopping, and downhill skiing. The B & B has its own cross-country ski trails that connect to the Tamworth Outing club trails. Ski or snowshoe right from the door! Guests ski free (trail donations accepted).

Choose from four individually decorated rooms. One room with private bath, 3 rooms with shared bath.
Springtime: Sunshine and bird song start your day in this soft welcoming room with a view of the garden and pines.
Rosegarden: Lace graces the windows, lace and roses adorn the bed and antique Victorian lounge.
Memories: Old photographs, rich wood, views of tall pines, remind you of life and times forgotten.
Woodlands: A room in which you will feel right at home, with green and white fittings and filtered views of sunsets.

Meals
Breakfast is served each morning and features juice, fruit, a delicious entree, coffee, teas, and fresh baked breads and muffins to start off your day just right.

At Whispering Pines relax in the cozy sitting room, warmed by the soapstone stove or settle into a comfortable chair on the porch and enjoy the peace and quiet that this B&B has to offer. Nearby tennis, golf, lots of lakes for canoeing and swimming, downhill skiing, woods, mountains, and nature trails. Cross-country skiing free from the inn's door on groomed forest trails.
