The Staff of Stonehurst manor invite you to enjoy the luxury of their elegant, turn-of-the-century mansion. Set on 33 secluded acres of pine forest, the Manor offers a White Mountains' vacation that is truly unique. From our exceptional mountain views to the peace and quiet of the fireplaced Library Lounge, you'll be surrounded by beauty and comfort. Enjoy the pleasures of our large outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, and walking trails from the door...in winter, you can cross country ski these trails for many scenic miles!

Location
The Manor is located in the beautiful Mt. Washington Valley, in the White Mountains, just one mile beyond North Conway Village on Route 16. It is convenient to major highways in all directions. Daily air service is available to an from Portland, Maine (1.5 hours) or Manchester, NH (2 hours) with car rentals available at these airports. North Conway Village is in the heart of the Saco River Valley, surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Presidential Range and 6,288' Mt. Washington. Along with the towns of Jackson and Bartlett, the area boasts a huge variety of both natural and manmade activities. Stonehurst Manor is one mile north of North Conway Village on a very private 30 acres of pine woods and scenic vistas.

Accommodations
The Manor is now welcoming guests to its casually elegant accommodations. 24 rooms (7 with fireplaces) all with private baths & CCTV. You'll find many examples of Victorian stained and leaded glass windows in the Manor's public and private rooms. Most date from the original private dwelling and were created by European craftsman.

A Landmark in Lodging, Food and Spirits! Rates include Lodging, Breakfast, and Dinner from our extensive and varied regular menu. Indoor and outdoor dining rooms featuring Eggs Benedict for breakfast and Wood Oven Baked stuffed lobster for dinner. Relax in huge fan-backed wicker chairs in one of our four intimate dining rooms as you savor the delights of our gourmet menu by candlelight. (Our fantastic gourmet pizzas are woodfired on an indoor or outdoor oven!).

Tennis, large, in-ground pool and many quiet nooks in the spacious gardens for reading and relaxation. In winter, stay close to the huge fireplace in the oak-paneled Library Lounge or enjoy a long, soothing soak in our large hot tub. NEARBY are the many natural and man-made attractions and activities of the MT. Washington Valley. The natural ones surround you at every turn while the man- made pleasures include top-name, tax-free outlets shopping as well as several excellent health clubs.
IN WINTER- Free Cross country skiing at our doorstep onto 65km of groomed trails for every age and ability a Downhill skiing a 6 major ski areas all within minutes of the Manor... Attitash, Bretton Woods, Cranmore, Wildcat, and Sunday River. Each mountain has excellent snowmaking and grooming capacity along with ski rental and instruction. Horse-drawn sleigh rides are also offered at various Valley locations as well as ice skating, snowshoeing, sledding, and more! IN SUMMER- There are four golf courses in the Valley, miles of hiking and cycling routes to explore throughout the White Mountains, canoeing on the gentle Saco River, and lots of great picnic spots.
