Tower City Inn Bed & Breakfast

The Clark House was built in 1904 by William Clark, a prominent businessman in Tower City. Clark owned the Clark Lumber Company, which accounts for all the beautiful oak woodwork that can be found in the home today. In 1983, Duane and Joanne Wetch purchased the house. While living in the house, Duane and Joanne began restoring the woodwork to its natural beauty. They have continued to completely restore their home, and in June of 1991, the house became the Tower City Inn Bed & Breakfast.

Location
The Tower City Inn is conveniently located 44 miles west of Fargo and 50 miles east of Jamestown (Exit 307).
There is also a charming gazebo for birdwatching or viewing Joanne's quarter horses. The North Dakota sunset is particularly lovely from this spot. For a special treat, old fashioned buggy rides can be arranged. Tour the Tower City countryside in this charming horse drawn antique carriage. Stop for dinner at the popular Tower View Cafe. This cafe is well known throughout the state for its delicious homemade food, daily specials, and their wonderful selection of pies and pastries. The sour cream raisin pie is a must.

Accommodations
Each of the four rooms is with shared baths and decorated with country prints, handmade quilts, and antiques. Of special appeal is the Ellisberry Room which features a four poster bed, hand crocheted canopy, and a sitting area.

Amenities
Guests at the Tower City Inn are invited to relax in the comfortably furnished living room. You may choose to enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee, play a game of cards, read a favorite novel, or just watch television.
Warm days can be spent in the wrap around porch which is partially screened and furnished with wicker. Give the porch swing a try or stroll through the quiet streets of our small town.

Meals
Awaken to homemade pastries, tasty entrees, fresh fruits, chilled juice, fresh brewed coffee, and assorted teas. Guests may choose to have their breakfast in the formal dining room or outside on the porch.
