The Colby House is on the Southwest corner of Pearson and Tacoma. We are approximately two minutes from downtown Ashville and less than ten minutes from the Biltmore Estate by car.

Foxfire Guest Room. Colonial America d�cor in a warm hunter green with extra roominess, a fireplace, a mahogany four-poster bed, and en suite bath. $150
Aviary Guest Room. Bright and airy in shades of blue with an iron lattice headboard. Robes are provided for a private bath just outside the door. $125
Charleston Guest Room. Sunny yellows in a plantation theme with a princess canopy headboard, en suite bath, and a balcony overlooking the gardens. $140.
Williamsburg Guest Room. Our most spacious room with 18th century d�cor in green and burgundy with a mahogany rice bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and en suite bath. $150

Elegant sitting room leads to a comfortable and cool side porch with rockers. A piano is available for talented guests. Shaded, cool and breezy, the Sitting Porch offers afternoon and evening relaxation on rockers, chairs and a couch. Easy access is provided for exploring the rear garden and koi pond. A full breakfast is served on fine china, crystal and silver. A butler's pantry offers instant coffee, tea, soft drinks and home-baked cookies twenty-four hours a day. Wine and snacks are served in the evening. All day, every day, "room service" is operational in the Butler's Pantry. Guests can brew instant coffee and tea, retrieve soft drinks and ice, and munch on home-baked cookies.
