Beaumont Inn

Located in Historic Harrodsburg, Beaumont Inn is conveniently located near horse farms, Kentucky Horse Park, Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, Kentucky's Bourbon Trail, Keeneland racetrack, and many Kentucky wineries.  Experience true Kentucky yellow-legged fried chicken, two year old country ham, and corn pudding in our Main Dining Room.  Or for more casual dining, enjoy our Old Owl Tavern or the Owl's Nest Pub.  Try one of the bourbons from the Bourbon Trail in the Tavern or one of the pre-prohibition cocktails in the Owl's Nest. 
The Main Inn was built in 1845 as a girl's school.  Sold at auction to the present day's innkeeper great, great grandmother in 1917 the Inn has been owned and operated by the same family for 5 generations.  During the 1930's Goddard Hall was built adding 10 more rooms to the original 17.  In the 1960's Greystone (a private home built by Eli Lilly's neice) was bought adding 4 more rooms, completing the 31.  All rooms are decorated with antiques and reproductions, all private bath, all air conditioned and 3 rooms in Greystone have 2 person whirlpool tubs, electric fireplace and deluxe king-sized beds. One even has a private porch! 
While you are here, enjoy the relaxing massage therapy in the Bell Cottage Spa.  Our trained therapists will work out that stress and leave you ready to relax on the front porch or in one of our many outdoor swings.
