We are a private-home B&B and reserve the right to deny access to guests wishing to disrupt the privacy and/or solitude of other guests. Should you and/or your companion prefer greater privacy while enjoying the amenities here at Serendipity please let us know. We do offer individual price and services packages and will make every effort to make your visit here a memorable one. We offer Honeymoon and the favorite, NO Time For Myself, get aways. Serendipity Bed and Breakfast is located in Northeastern Lake County, Illinois---east of downtown Antioch, west of I-94, Hunt Club Road, and Crawford Road, approximately 1.2 miles from Route 45 on the Illinois/Wisconsin border. Easy access from Milwaukee, Lake Geneva, Twin Lakes, Wilmot, Kenosha, Racine, Chicago, Richmond, Long Grove, Gurnee, Waukegan, Lake and McHenry Counties.

Butterfly Suite: $225.00 Double, Single $200. Deluxe private attached bath, King Country French bed. Walk out into your own porch with deck a few steps away. Enjoy the sunrise, TV, VCR, and CD.
Dianah's Garden Room: $185.00 Double, Single $150.00. Ideal for the single guest, the economy-minded or the couple pleased by a Queen Country French bed, cozy shower and bathroom several steps down the hall. Ample deck. Enjoy a sunset, catch an evening breeze. TV, VCR, and CD available.
