Kealakekua Bay Bed & Breakfast is a luxurious Mediterranean Polynesian style villa overlooking the pristine Kealakekua Bay, known for friendly dolphins and fabulous snorkeling. The Villa is in the heart of lush coffee country on a five-acre tropical estate of colorful, fragrant flowers, plants, fruit trees and exotic palms. The Park-like setting of the villa and separate guest house provides all guests with a secluded sojourn from the tensions of our busy lives. The setting of the Bed and Breakfast is peaceful, romantic and yet still only a few minutes to the stores and restaurants of the small mauha (up country) communities of Kealakekua and Captain Cook, where the people still live the slow paced life of days gone by.

Location
Sweeping views of the Kealakekua Bay, the tropical gardens, the cliffs and a state Historical Park adjacent to the property, offer guests a magical sense of openness and privacy. The small old Hawaiian village of Napoopoo and the State Historical Park at Napoopoo Beach are only a five minute stroll from the property. We are centrally located - just 20 minutes to Kailua-Kona, 10 minutes to the City of Refuge, and one and a half hours drive to the Volcano National Park.

Accommodations
The Main Villa offers two large tastefully appointed bedrooms and the stunning master suite, each with a private entrance, ensuite bath, and a queen or king bed. The upstairs sitting area which is adjacent to lanai where breakfast is served, offers another area for guests to quietly enjoy the views of the Pali and Bay. The Ohana Guest House has a private yard and separate parking area for additional privacy. The kitchen of the cottage is fully equipped.

Amenities
Enjoy some of the best snorkeling on the island in Kealakekua Bay and nearby Honaunau. Swim with friendly dolphins, sea turtles and colorful fish. Kayak over to the Captain Cook Monument for a picnic lunch and hike. Visit the Pwuhonua O Honaunau National Park and the adjacent Bay where Hawaiian fisherman still fish in outrigger canoes. Outrigger canoe paddling, an ancient Hawaiian past time which has become increasingly more popular in the past several years!
