Thanks for stopping by to visit with us at historic Mansion House and MHII�mirror-image houses built in 1904 and 1912 respectively - the Carriage House and Courtyard on Fifth - a beautiful brick-paved garden.



Location
We are a traditional bed and breakfast inn located in the heart of beautiful St. Petersburg's Old Northeast and the arts and entertainment district. The QuARTer. We are just a couple of blocks from one of the loveliest natural harbors, the Vinoy Basin, and Straub and Vinoy Parks - the perfect place to see the sunset and sunrise! Our location is perfect for almost anything�sports, dining, shopping, the beach, theatre, museums, parks, getting to work. 30 minutes will get you to Busch Gardens, Legends� Field, Raymond James Stadium, and the heart of Tampa. We are two blocks from Bay Walk and restaurants, bars, movies, and shops.

Accommodations
12 guest rooms in two large, arts and crafts homes built circa 1901-1908. We also have a carriage house with its own privacy-enclosed two person Jacuzzi spa. All rooms have private baths, comfy queen or king-size beds, lovely hand-made bedding, and lots of pillows. A mixture of antique and contemporary furniture, art work, fine rugs, and decorations from around the world add to the inn�s eclectic d�cor.

Amenities
All in all, we try to make our home your home and promise to do everything we can to see to it that you get all of the attention (or inattention) you desire. We also offer special services for those who are here for medical treatment or on business. A conference room is available for focus group meetings and catering can be arranged. Weddings arranged as well.

Half or full-day customized cruises will be arranged for up to six (6) guests aboard the Aussie Spirit. Activities such as bird and porpoise sightings and watching, snorkeling, seashell collecting, viewing a regatta offshore, intercoastal dining, an island picnic, and sunset cruising with someone special are possibilities. Lunch/dinner, refreshments, and other personal touches can be arranged. The Aussie Spirit is equipped to provide a relaxing, exhilarating, pleasurable cruise experience.
Weddings and receptions for groups 2-100 are our specialty.

Meals
All rates include full American breakfast, snacks, and refreshments throughout your stay. Stocked bars in main/library and carriage houses.
