Jon and Heidi Greene, new owners of Colonial Farm Inn & Restaurant, are fulfilling a dream. Since they met 10 years ago, they have yearned for a restaurant of their own. How exciting it is for them to have an inn business too. You will want to stay in one of their six beautifully decorated rooms as you enjoy the Lake Sunapee region. While in the area let Heidi take you on a culinary adventure ~ an appetizer of Maple Sea Scallops or Asian Style Crab Cakes then on to Marinated, Mustard and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb or Honey-Soy Organic Salmon with a homemade Apricot-Wild Cherry Chutney and end it with the regions most delicious Chocolate Mousse or their famous Croissant Bread Pudding surrounded by Bourbon Caramel Sauce.
